A client warned us not to use this company, rep by the name Gail Johnson was rude and just deplorable. I don't know how a company can servive with the person dealing with customers is so unprofessional.

SPOKE WITH A REP HER NAME WAS GAIL JOHNSON. SHE WAS THE RUDEST LADY I HAVE EVER SPOKE WITH. I DON'T KNOW WHY A BUSINESS WOULD ALLOW THAT PERSON TO REPRESENT THEIR COMPANY. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD A COMPANY ACT LIKE I WAS WASTING THEIR TIME. SHE SOUNDED LIKE SHE HAD BETTER THINGS TO DO AND COULD NOT WAIT TO GET OFF THE PHONE WITH A CUSTOMER. I CANT SPEAK FOR THE WHOLE COMPANY BUT THE WOMEN I SPOKE WITH WAS DESPICABLE.
