Don, while it is true the delivery of your order was one day late, we did make sure to meet your deadline. We do apologize for the extra day that it took for you to receive your order. Our art department did miss the mark on the first attempt at your design. The first design that was sent was based off the instructions that were given in your original email. Once we were able to discuss your desires for the design, we worked diligently to produce a design that would satisfy your needs. I feel that we did that based off your reaction and comments that followed the final design proof. We are very happy that you were satisfied with the printed product that you received. They tell you its a 10 day turnaround for custom T-shirts but it really takes close to 2 times that long. The art guy Joe throws together a design that in no way, shape or form resembles what you asked for. Then, you have to "hold his hand" and explain each and every detail slowly, making sure that he understands and each revision is done to your specification. Otherwise, you're going to end up with shirts you hate. I like my 48 shirts for $8+ each but didn't like what I had to go through to get them. Workers are kind of rude via emails and blame their long turnaround times on the customers changing or adding to the artwork. If they just had an art dept that listened to customers needs and wants, they'd have less changes and faster production. I was told my shirts would be done "thursday or friday" but they weren't done until the following monday. Classic "over promise & underdeliver". I will not go here again. EDIT: When I was told thursday or friday delivery and the shirts aren't done until the following Monday, that's not 1 day late... to me, that's 4 days thurs-fri-sat-sun-mon. I made the mistake of mentioning that I absolutely needed the shirts by the 23rd so instead of shooting for the advertised 10 day turnaround, y'all just delivered them on the last possible day, the 22nd. I don't get how reviewers say they got shirts made in one day or even a few days? I was pretty specific in my original email about what I wanted. Joe threw a design together that didn't even include a picture of MY tinyhouse. See the pics of the original design and the design we finally ended up with. They look nothing alike. He used a stock photo of a random tinyhouse that looked NOTHING like mine. He didn't cartoon-ize the photo or use the balloon font. Nothing was even close to what I specified in my original email. So, yes there were many changes from the original design.

Wonderful experience using USA Contract Screen Printing. I contacted them after finding out the printer I had been using was no longer doing contract jobs. Not only did they meet my deadline, they actually completed my job a day earlier than expected. Excellent quality and great communication. I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended.
