Customer service terrible. Walked in and was greeted by two individuals turning theor back only to pretend like they didn't see me. Female was adamant about expressing her frustrations with me being in the store inquiring. I would nEVER do business here.

I would advise anyone wanting a shirt to find another business to get your custom designed shirts made. To begin with, it was very difficult communicating with the lady in the store, as her English was not the best. However, I managed to get her to understand what exactly it was I wanted and I returned later to pick up the four shirts that were designed. They turned out pretty good. However, since I normally wash new clothes before wearing them, I washed the shirts exactly how the lady instructed. Unfortunately, the washed some of the images right off of the shirt. And even more unfortunate, when I called to explain my situation. I was told, "Sorry, no refunds". I was not asking for a full refund, but merely a partial refund since we could not wear the shirts for the event that we bought them for that next morning. The were unwilling to work with me, and will therefore never get my business and I will be warning everyone I know not to be disappointed by shopping at this store.

Good custom apparel!came and greeted by the lady she came and assisted me what design do i want to put it and she gave me the price and was happy that she entertained me she said come back within 15minutes then came back and twas perfect design i loved it the only problem here is that the blondie girl who was there didnt even say anything she was just looking at me when i was asking her how they do the printing maybe she didnt understand me or not attentive coz she was holding his phone. The lady and guy was very smiley and approachable though.they were very approachable. I loved my hoodies!keep up the good work it was my 3rd time already.

Their website says they do direct to garment printing but when I get there and has something printed out, and I tell them its ugly as the used transfer paper instead and so there is all this extra white boarder and spacing (that you can see on a white tee) and he says we dont do direct to garment printing a waste of my money since there is no refunds!!
