Absolutely Love FIT4MOM Greater Northwest Chicago Suburbs!! I joined the village when I was pregnant with my second child, My son 2.5 at time loved attending Stroller Strides and playdates. He met friends and learned his numbers and ABC's all from singing the songs! Along came my daughter now 5 who also has grown up attending Fit4mom classes and asks to attend or if she can "take" class with me. I currently take classes live and virtual and they are all taught by amazing instructors and challenge you. FIT4MOM Greater Northwest Chicago Suburbs is for all moms of all fitness levels. I have lifetime friends from Fit4mom.

I never liked working out or stuck with any workout until I came to Fit4Mom! I tried Stroller Strides with my 14 month old and was hooked. The workout was so fun for me and my baby. He got to be with me the whole workout (no childcare needed) and he loved all the songs and rhymes. I also got a great workout that was personalized to my fitness level, even though I had no work out experience before. The instructors were so nice, helped me with moves and let me know when I was doing a great job. My favorite part was the social time and connection with the moms during and after the workout. Motherhood is lonely and these moms got it, they got me! I just wish I learned about Fit4Mom Greater Northwest Chicago earlier in my motherhood journey.

New to the area, I was looking for an activity to do with my one year old. Fit4Mom Greater NW Chicago Suburbs has given us something to do together and so much more! I get a great workout, my son (now 5) still loves the songs and "tickle squats" and we both have made many friends in this awesome and supportive community. Highly recommend!

Fit4Mom is not just about fitness, it's about syncing up with other moms and building a supportive community that honors the journey of motherhood. I started attending Fit4Baby classes at 8 weeks pregnant! The moms I worked out with have become a pillar of support, information, and fun. The workouts/classes are challenging, fun, and helped me get in shape for labor & postpartum recovery. The BodyBack program got me into pre-pregnancy shorts and yoga pants within 5 weeks of being in the program. It's one of the best groups I've ever been a part of... it has been my HAPPY during quarantine as classes are now available online and through a digital library.
