Placed an order 2/1. Was initially told it would take 7-10 days. 22 days later, nothing. I've sent 2 emails this week, and called yesterday..all I could be told on the phone is that there is no tracking information, and rep handling our account would call back..no call back yesterday. Can't even check status of order online...the link included with order confirmation doesn't work, as "this feature is not yet enabled" on the site..I find all this unacceptable.
Where do I begin. In the past, I worked with a guy named Larry with orders. He did an excellent job. Then, he left and all heck broke loose. Here is the laundry list of terrible service since Larry's departure: no communication, sending emails and getting no response, asking for a phone call and never receiving one, filling out the website's contact for and getting no response, orders lost and left behind, orders being placed you never authorized, missing items, wrong sizes, try to send right sizes only to send wrong sizes again, no deadlines being met. If you can avoid business here, I would suggest to do so. They are understaffed and disorganized. I will not be continuing orders through this company.
Placed an order was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get here. Then was told part of my order was on backorder. I was also told to get part of my order I would have to pay extra shipping. This place is a joke and I will NEVER use them again. I highly do not recommend anyone use this (lol) company.
