Improvements absolutely need to be made. Between the animals looking mentally unwell and specifically the polar bear continuously pacing back and forth, there's a lot of concern for their wellbeings. Seeing another review from three years ago about the polar bear pacing made me particularly upset. The lone rhino that was there had nothing in it's space to mentally stimulate it and it looked quite depressed, lonely, and bored in its enclosure. I'm not one to leave reviews, but my friend and I were really disheartened after our visit.

Went on a hot day. None the animals wanted to come out so did not get to see much. Overall, its clean and well kept.
