Originally I had filled out their online form and after a week or so never received a response. I figured their system must be down so I called instead to schedule a pickup for a queen mattress and box spring. I was able to schedule a pickup for two days later from 12-2. Luckily my work is understanding and I was able to schedule to work from home during the appointment time slot. The pickup day comes and I have back to back meetings all morning and finally get out of my meetings right just in time to rush home for the appointment. On my way home I see that mike and dads called and left a voicemail saying they had time earlier in the day if I was available (which I wasnt due to the meetings). I call back to confirm that theyre still going to come during the scheduled time only to be told now theyre at a job thats taking a long time to cleanup so they cant honor the appointment. I understand things like that happen so they assure me that theyll be at my house by 9AM the next morning and that Ill be their very first stop of the day. I say ok and ask my boyfriend to be home for the pickup because I have an early morning meeting. At 9:30 my boyfriend asks me when they are supposed to show up so I ask him to call them. They say that they had another job and are delayed until 11am. My boyfriend cant stay because he has to be in the office before then so they suggest he move the items outside for them and pay them online. So I call them and they say to me that there was a lot of traffic (no mention of the first job they took despite saying I was their first stop of the day the day before). I ended up cancelling the pickup because of how disrespectful this was of my time. Overall Im extremely disappointed with my experience. If a job is too small and you just dont care to honor the appointment, dont schedule it in the first place. I wouldnt recommend this service because of my experience.

I had a pickup scheduled for Monday of this week and unfortunately I had to cancel it that morning. I left a message for "Mike" asking him to reschedule for Wednesday and to let me know a time frame so I could be there to give the haulers access. I called him again leaving him the same detailed message yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon even including WHY I needed a time frame. Wednesday (this morning) at 10am the haulers showed up out of the blue. I had no idea they were coming. I was running late for an appointment and had to drop everything, call my appointment and apologize for my tardiness and give the haulers access (or turn them away and reschedule AGAIN, which I didn't want to do). The previous haul I had for them...I left two messages asking for a return call and never got one. Haulers showed up unannounced and unscheduled after I'd already taken care of the issue myself after not getting a return call. I run an apartment complex and I'm the only employee. I can't be everywhere at once. All my other vendors have no problem scheduling times with me. Trying to get these guys to call you back is like trying to push a piano across a beach!!! Needless to say I won't be using them again.

I called on a Friday and scheduled the hauling service for the following Monday. I received a courtesy call before they arrived. After a price was determined, the items were promptly removed and space was swept. Mike and his crew are nice and very professional. I would recommend this business.

Dave & Jaime were great! Very professional, prompt call back, super friendly. They came on very short notice. The next day actually. It fit my schedule. They were right on time. They hauled away my yard debris and junk in amazing speed. The price was right. I will definitely use them again if I need their service!!!
