I ordered a frame and they switched the size on me. My previous order never came late but this time it came late n they had no explanation for it. I did smell a rat. I definitely got a wrong frame size for sure. This would be the last that I would do business with this store....

Been coming to this place for almost a decade. I have gone to other places over the years and my experiences at other places just brings me back to Dr. Kims office. There are lots of places in the Westminster/Garden Grove area that offer similar quality of service for eye exams, and etc. However, Dr. Kim provides some of the best selection in designer eye wear and her eyeglass technician is awesome (if you have issues with any glasses you purchase from here, just take it back and hell take of it for you)! This place was also remodeled seveal years ago and still has trendy look and feel (i.e. meaning the facilities conditions is being maintained). Dr. Kim does have other optimetrist fill in for her time and time, and Ive had positive experiences with these doctors as well.

I know this place for over five years, and most of my family members and friends also go here for regular eye care. Dr. Kim is very nice and sincere. She is very meticulous and knowledgeable. Also, the staffs here are very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Trong who always helps me adjusting my glasses every time I come in. The service is excellent as well as the glasses selection. They have a wide brand name selections which I love. I have a pair of Prada glasses here, and it lasts for a very long time. I highly recommend this place. Also, don't forget the discount they give out here!!!!!

hate this place, they lied about my perscription, saying i was near blind. Staff was okay, but im never coming back here
