Great selection, pricing and customer service! I received a quote on Friday , accepted it and had my new washer and dryer the next day. Installation was a breeze and the people were polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely buy my next appliance from DeWhitt!

Hello Nicole... Thank you for taking the time to review your purchase experience. And I'm sorry how things turned out. The pandemic has caused many (many) special order appliance delays for many reasons. Most of this was out of our control. I'm happy we added that 10 year warranty for no charge. You may find it benificial with-in the next ten years. Our warehouse is a huge open air area with very (very) tall ceilings and all 8 garage doors fully open during working hours. We have hundreds of customers that monthly pick up from our warehouse without concern. Customers receiving appliances from our warehouse are fully outside in the open air. We would have been happy to set you up with a licensed and bonded contractor to install your oven. Apparently you declined. Thanks again for your review. And best regards too.

Oven wasn't delivered for MONTHS. First it was delayed, then it was lost on a truck somewhere. When it finally was located and arrived, had to drive out to the airport to pick it up! People in the warehouse weren't wearing masks (before the mandate was lifted). It wasn't actually even delivered to the home! Had to pick it up, haul it in, and install it alone. The only thing they did was give an extended warranty for free. Should've had free delivery, discount off the appliance and free install. Who cares about an extended warranty!? Meanwhile, oven-less and inconvenienced for months. The little guy was supremely taken advantage of in this instance.
