Hi Laura- we are sorry you felt the staff was super rude, but unfortunately each one of them is currently working the job of 2-3 employees each as we understaffed. This is especially the case on weekends these days. So I imagine what you thought was rudeness, was them just being really busy! Most of our employees have worked at the store for more than a year and we know that it would never be their intention to be rude to you. In the case of your item- we make it very clear that we price items 50-75% off of the retail price and then give you a third of what we will sell the item for. I imagine if you purchased the fleece for $30 we would price it around $12 and then you would receive between $4-$5. We always recommend selling items yourself if you want to make more on your own! The girls who received the clothes that youre going to sell are super rude, plus I was trying to sell a new fleece and they offered me just 4 dollars, is that real? It cost me 30 dollars, I mean... the cheapest thing in the store is like 6 dollars and is a T-shirt, I definitely will not come back there again...

Jaiden- I'm sorry we were not able to work together more favorably. You encountered two of the owners during your visit. I am the senior owner and did my best to counteract the negativity in the air. I walked into a negative exchange on both sides and tried to neutralize the situation. I explained our process, why we could not accept clothing in trash bags, and I also indicated many of your items appeared to be good quality clothing but not the season we were buying at the time due to our inventory levels. It is a difficult time in retail for both customers and small business owners.

This store is awful, the owner of the store is an absolute asshat and the store is always in shambles. The associates gave me very menacing looks and seemed so judgy. The only person that was nice was one person with curly brown hair and glasses, Ill go back to them. All of the clothing is outdated and theres barley any space to shop. I understand during these times were all understaffed but theres no excuse for rude people, especially when youre the owner of the store.

Thanks for comments. We are currently high in short sleeve and T-shirt inventory & our storage locker is at capacity so we had to pass this time. Our inventory needs change quickly based on our sales and I'm sorry we were not able to buy your items. The three hour wait is due to staff shortage. We have hiring advertisements and applications posted in the store and on all social media. Please spread the word we are looking for people. We do not accept trash bags because with the volume of buys coming in trash bags are nondescript and can easily get confused, resulting in problems.

Took 3 hours and I brought 7 vineyard vines great condition T-shirts that are spring themed and they didnt accept anything because it was not what the are looking for which is spring and the dont accept trash bags to sell
