Took a shirt in for a small embroided logo - it took 7 emails (only 2 with responses) - 3 phone calls - 2 promises of next day - over two months waiting - the wrong logo on paperwork (twice) and the loss of my shirt on the third visit - then on the final visit their computer crashed so I asked for a refund - when I eventually got my money back my shirt was returned full of fluff from wherever they had left. I did get a verbal apology as I left the shop but after being a customer with Fitwell for over 20 years I feel completly let down and was given the impression that they just don't care about smaller orders. I bet they dont treat LFC or any other big names like this. Awful - AVOID AT ALL COST!
Worst place ever they e-mail you back and then you have to chase them and chase them to get them to reply to you again a total nightmare would NEVER recommend Fitwell!
