Do not use this company if you are looking to get something done in a timely matter. I inquired about getting shirts with my work logo and they took them 3 weeks to get me a quote, and once I decided to order the shirts (which was a bad idea) they still weren't ready! 8 weeks for 6 shirts! The lack customer service as I continually had to call them for the status on my order. It's not like my order was that complicated it was only 6 shirts with a logo! Must be too much for them to handle and care about. Terrible solution to the problem as they wanted to give me $15 dollars off my order. In the end I cxl my order and will never use them again.

They do great work, but they aren't very affordable and don't provide any clear cut advantages over their online competitors.

The helpful staff at Graphic Impact delivered rapid production and quality signage for me at prices I did not expect to find locally. They delivered considerable value and consistently high quality, and faster than either vendor I had tried earlier. I trust Graphic Impact, and will be glad to do business with them again!
