Easy access for trucks and trailers mostly. The ground is not even close to being even. And it's not maintained in any way. Flatbeds have to back into a certain area but the rude log truck drivers constantly park in the way and wont move. Some of the leaders are slow, but most are pretty quick. Theres a huge ice machine in the break room anyone can use along with a microwave.
