Amber, yes we do have a closing time and on Sunday it is 7:00. We state in a number of locations that we do recommend appointments and please arrive more then 30 mins before our closing time. We had scheduled appointments at 6:30. It takes time for a client to choose jewelry, fill out paper work and for us to sterilize the jewelry you need to get pierced with. All that time takes about a half hour. There were clients ahead of you that had appointments. Hope that helps you understand.

Arrived at 6:30 today for a nose piercing and the lady said they're cut off time is at 6:00 p.m. their website should state that!!! You have a closing time for a reason

Masks required. Only one parent in the piercing room. Sadly I was not the chosen one. I felt the price was high. $180 to get two earlobes pierced and still need to spend another $25 for shorter posts. All in all it was a good experience for my 7yo. So, I'm giving an average review since I didn't go into the piercing room and can't factor in the process or bedside manner.

Cant say enough good things about Nick Strange. Hes done two piercings for me now and while they hurt while theyre healing- he is so good at it that they dont hurt very much while happening. If youre looking for an excellent piercer who knows what theyre doing, youve got to see Nick.

Crooked septum piercing. As a business you should fix your wrongs and expertise your apprentices, instead of making excuses.... fix my 150 piercing and make it right then I will change my review. I will have to drive a total of 8 hrs just to have this fixed. Not okay
