Everyone I spoke with in the office is kind and easy to worth with. No appointments necessary for fingerprinting service. However, if you are looking to get a hard copy fingerprint card made, I do not recommend this location. After paying the DOJ/FBI processing and administrative fees and waiting weeks for these fingerprints to be approved, I received a letter of rejection for POOR QUALITY fingerprints. I am now repeating the process in my new state, which requires payment of the same fees. Twice the price for one good result. These prints accompanied a licensure application for which the processing time (10-12 weeks) has now been delayed, as has my ability to begin working. Fingerprinting results at this location are not reliable and may cost more than anticipated.

Good staff and very helpful. Unfortunately as of the time I am posting this review (August 2020)if you need fingerprints done for a CWP or other non felon registration purposes you will have to go elsewhere due to restrictions in place because of COVID19.
