I was in a wedding and the wedding party all got their suits from here. The tailor ordered a suit that was massive on me. When I went to pick it up, the guy running the mall store tried very hard to put me in a smaller suit of a different color, he claimed it was "close enough" and they didn't want to spend that much time altering the correct color suit. I had to go back and forth with him repeatedly. Once the suit was finally altered it was too big still. I had to have it re-altered the night before the wedding. Thankfully, and the only reason they got two stars instead of one, they had the suit finished in time for the wedding. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend going there for important events.

You were was shown the new spring/summer 2021 catalog. From the beginning of the order you were told there is no official date of delivery. But you were guaranteed the suit in time for your June wedding. As promised, your suit arrived 2 weeks before your wedding. We fulfilled our promise and think this review is not accurate and unnecessary given the circumstances. We understand that planning a wedding has been tough for everyone during this time. KCT Menswear has been working overtime to make sure everyone's wedding and orders are filled. We have been facing many cancellations, delays, manufacturing shortages, along with ports being backed up. These issues are happening worldwide in every industry, we are not in control. But what we can control is our customer service and hard work to make sure all of our customers' demands are fulfilled. We are not making any promises we cannot keep during this time.

We ordered my tux in February and they kept telling us next week next week and its June still no suit . They ordered my son suits they old looking and had thread hanging from the suit ! They screwed me two weeks before my wedding

We had such a great experience with KCT. We used them to purchase suits for our entire bridal party and couldn't have been happier. Malda and her team were so helpful and treated us so well. We visited many times and after the first few visits they knew us by name. We had several groomsmen that live out is state and Malda helped us ensure everyone had the right size and let us exchange sizes if need be. We would highly recommend KCT.

If you're looking for loud suits,shoes,hats etc.this is the place. Great service but very expensive
