Usertesting isn't quite a scam, but you will end up spending hours of your time just finding tests you can take, and it will take months to receive any money you earn. It's false advertising. I would not recommend using this platform to make easy money, because you will make about $10/hour if you're lucky, and spend most of your time finding out you don't qualify to take tests in the first place.

have been a tester for 3 years and always get fast replies when i need help. sometimes i feel the 1 star-2star ratings can be biased but overall its a great company that provides great feedback

Since this feedback will be helpful for customers/visitors to know that this company is not eligible for a high review, the experience I had for the first 2 times was amazing. Until you end up with an uneducated (website owner) that smooshed together 15 questions in 1 line, which I know I answered all of them that was visible or understandable as possible, someone decided to reject the video I made because some question might have not been answered. Made no sense. Other Website Questions was professional, clear, and upfront. Until you end up with a bad one, the reviewers gets the hit plus time lost. Waiting for the next usertesting company to come out to visit them, it should be any day now D- Rating
