Amazed at how great my poster turned out. I hired an artist to create a band-like gig poster for my husband as a gift for our 10th wedding Anniversary. It has so many details on it. I was going to get it screen printed but that was $250-300. Tony assisted and got my 18x24" color poster made for under $30. With a matte finish, it is perfection! I am blown away and so impressed with the whole experience. Friendly customer service, great quality printing and attention to detail, outstanding prices. Super happy customer. Thank you!!

Is there an option to put 1/2 star rating here? Probably not. Let me start off by saying how disappointed I am in this company. I started coming here for my wedding invitation prints 5 years ago. In recent years their customer service has dropped dramatically. I was suppose to pick up my print job today after 24 hours, I noticed it wasn't done. I called to check the status of my shower invite, only to find out they haven't started. And that it will be done this afternoon. I usually call and double check several times before I drop off a print job to ensure i get it back on time. Both times I have called they said about 24 hours. After calling to check the status, STEVE said they are behind and will get to it this afternoon. I get a call from TONY 15 minutes later saying the paper is jammed. I told him I can stop by to see my jammed papers. I have used these papers for the past several years here and all of a sudden its jamming in their printer. He changes his story saying it won't feed through their printer. All of a sudden after using this company for the past few years with the same paper, the paper magically stopped feeding through their machine. He asked if I would like to use their paper and that it would be $1 each, so $100 for my print job. I was disappointed in hearing their excuse of not being able to print my job because my paper won't feed through. The same papers I have been using for years here. As a business owner myself, I would have just printed the job for free for the customer after failing to print the job within 24 hours. Its called Great Customer Service. And if a business can't stand by their quoted turn around time, maybe its best to not say 24 hours? Their customer service is terrible! I should have known after the last time I was here to print my daughter's birthday invites. Same thing happened when I called to check the status of my print job and they failed to do it on time. However that time after calling, it magically was done within a few hours after I called. I also want to emphasize on their voice tone when they speak to you. It's extremely condescending. Its not just TONY, STEVE, its everyone that works there. When you walk into their store, there is no greetings what so ever. They're all focusing on their computer screen. Luckily another company saved my day today! Not only were they able to print my job within 24 hours, they did it within 20 minutes!! Their customer service is amazing, let alone their fast turn around. If you ever need great printing service (all kinds of printing service) and great customer service, please be sure to stop by International Minute Press Clawson, located on 14 Mile Rd.
