Dear L MO, Thank you very much for your review. At this practice we give a full assessment of need and are clear about likely associated costs before you embark on any treatment. It is a fact that when there is significant volume loss, small volumes of filler have very little if any, impact and therefore the result will be at best underwhelming or very disappointing indeed. It is for this reason that we like to be direct regarding what your likely costs are going to be from the outset in order for you to make a decision on whether you want to proceed or not. The reality is that the initial investment is always significantly greater than the maintenance fees. In many cases treatment just needs topping up once a year which keeps maintenance costs at an agreeable level. We also routinely give patients options to proceed gradually with incremental amounts of filler which incur lower fees, thereby focusing on certain key areas of concern. Had a consultation at the C.S.C. With senior nurse, Helen Champman. Seemed nice enough. I have a very thin face with hollows in temple, cheek and under eye area. I am 42. I knew that treatment would not be cheap but to be quoted 2,450 for fillers which only last a year is extortionate. The up keep over 10 years would be over 24,450. Looking elsewhere.

Completely agree with Clair Horner, booked in with Dr Tracy Mounford went there after an hour waiting over my appointment time Dr Mounford came in spoke to me what I need to be done then 10 minutes later a Junior Doctor comes in ( sorry Mounford isnt working today she only supervising. How in earth is that possible? And they had already taken my money and fully charged me.

Ive been with Cosmetic Clinic for 9yrs now and they always, always deliver not only in terms of the treatments they provide but the service that their (family of) staff give. After 9yrs most people know me and will always bother to talk to me whether Im specifically their client that day or not. I always feel like Im important to them and I trust in them completely whether its the receptionist giving me advice about a facial sunblock or one of the doctors injecting. I have had a recent revelation too, its a new product, Volux, its truly taken years off me! I needed something to help reduce a sagging (and visibily aging) jawline. Dr Sophie Shotter used Volux to lengthen and broaden my chin - it may sound strange but it has restored the balance in my face, no more sagging jowls - I think I look great! Really cant recommend Cosmetic Skin Clinic highly enough I feel they are my strongest ally in keeping age at bay.

I saw Dr Joanna Christou and she recomended Ultherapy and fillers at a later stage. The ulterapy and the fillers was so expensive! I paid 4,600 for both and I cannot tell you how disspointed i am. My face looks no different and im not sure where the fillers are! its a total waste of money I wish I had given this money to the homless.
