He seemed great. Did air tests and checked places. Then never got back in contact. I call ,he says he lost all contact info. He emails me results of test. And then i dont hear from him again. I email, call,and finally text him. He responds to text. I give him our correct email again. Once again im never sent anything. I dont receive anything till i leave a facebook review. Which then he mails all the documents and emails me the documents. And all his documents proved he was lieing. They were all originally sent to a wrong email and were not even sent on the days he said. Its just a mess. Will never recommend him. And looks like someone else here had the same issue

Tried doing buisness with Bob as a landlord. He jerked me around for 4 days trying to view a home for sale. I had a down payment for a house as he asked. I tried calling him many times he did not answer his phone or would not return phone calls. He finally picked up the phone on Saturday evening at around 4 p.m. He made up an excuse about not having signal where he was, and he asked me to come view the house sunday. I called him at noon as he requested. He did not answer, however texted me and called me Chris (my name is Brad as i said many times on the 5 voice mails i left him) He told me that his partner had taken a contract on the home and a huge down payment. My wonder us how disorganized as a company do you have to be to not know that your partner took a contract out on a house that you told some one that you still had. My advice, STAY AWAY.

Recently had the opportunity to use Bob's services from Volunteer Mold. I HIGHLY recommend Bob's services. Bob is highly knowledgeable and very responsive. We recently were looking at a home in the Knoxville area. After initial inspection report, I had Bob come out to check a potential water issue and to check air quality. He found a significant moisture issue in a wall in the lower level and a mold issue. Bob's services are very reasonable. I would not purchase a home without using his services.

If all of these reviews are legit then I'm puzzled. He charges me $200 for an inspection, in which he doesn't even get into the crawlspace to inspect, and says he'll email an estimate to me. I never got it and had to call several times to get him to respond. When he did, he finally came out and inspected the crawlspace then promised to email me the estimate. I still never got an estimate and now I can't get a return on my calls. Four times I've left messages since then and no dice. That's $200 in his pocket for no work. Nice gig if you can get it, I guess, but I would be wary of paying him anything up front. You may not get ahold of him again.
