Stacy, We thank you for your review. We are very careful with all clients during fitting room encounters. I clearly remember fitting you. I presented a larger band and the fit in the gore (center front of bra) was loose. I presented the bra that you ultimately purchased and you commented "it is okay it will get looser overtime". I never insist any client to except a certain size. Why? I am blessed to have an enormous inventory. I always state "I cannot feel for you". The final decision is always the clients. We are always available to assist with proper adjustment education - we happily always work with clients. Yes, we have a no return policy if the tags have been removed. Why? We respect our clients and do not resell bras that have been worn. Additionally, bottoms, strapless bras, swim wear, hosiery, shape wear are non-returnable for all the proper reasons. We never sell anyone bras that do not fit. Why? Bra Spectrum is all about fit. We have sizes ranging from 28 A to 56 O. No other shop or mall lingerie department in the Delaware Valley has the size range and inventory that Bra Spectrum carries. All the bras that we inventory are made in Europe and are of the highest quality. I was underwhelmed. Yes they carry lovely items but if Im going to wear it all day, it has to also be comfortable and fit smoothly under my clothes. The owner insisted I needed a band size that I said felt tight and I went with her expertise but two hours into my work day and its tight and uncomfortable but tags are off so Im stuck with it.

Purchased over $450 in bras. Honestly that was on me. Should have just gone to Nordstroms. All of the bras I have bought are now in donations pile. Are they pretty? Sort of... I spend more time adjusting the girls then working. Oh and bonus... they DO NOT take anything back if the tag is off even if they misfit you. Never going back. Stay away

This is a wonderful shop. I was greeted very warmly and she picked out a lot of stuff for me to try out which was a new experience since typically you're left alone to figure everything out by yourself. She answered my questions honestly which is always a plus in my opinion. I did go over my budget a little, but the items I bought were worth it. I love quality items that fit and are comfortable.
