Terrible. Your account overdrafts for 5 dollars, and they charge you 19 on top of that. A decent company wouldn't do that. You are already having financial difficulties, and they screw you more on top of that. Nice!!

Salt River Project has provided this person with 40 years of 5 star service. Outages were slightly higher in the past and almost non existent currently. Cost is the most reasonable for any part of America I have resided at.

Customer service is always helpful and courteous. Their service is prompt, Ive never had any issues. Way better than power companies in other states Ive lived in. When I first moved into my condo near ASU, the power wasnt on (I didnt realize you had to switch the main breaker), and the customer service rep stayed on the phone with me while I walked outside to try to find the breaker, she was very kind and understanding and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Great, great company!
