Clinic policy: Maintain patient access and privacy. We use a secure medical records platform that allows patients to see, with full transparency, everything regarding their patient accounts including online scheduling, appointment times, billing/payments, and clinic policies such as clinic safety and covid-19 safety information. As for our staff, we have great pride in our staff! Everybody working at our clinic genuinely cares about the people that walk through our doors and aims to treat them with respect, professionalism, and compassion. The pandemic forced many small businesses to close down for months, meaning revenue loss so we are still weathering the changes involved with going from zero to 100 again. We are also an integrative medical clinic that provided hundreds of covid-19 vaccines in the past few months to help support a safer and protected community - this was an entire system that we had to build within our clinic so it did make our clinic chaotic for awhile. But we are excited to have been able to respond to the pandemic by providing these covid-19 vaccines to the community. And we, Rebel Med NW, are thankful for the increase in patient load and support from the community, here's lookin' at you Ballard! Our community is the reason we're having this post-pandemic growth spurt. We love our staff, our providers, our patients, and our community and this is why we have been named as a Seattle Met Top Doctor now 5 years in a row.

Terribly unorganized and chaotic. Multiple issues with each visit or communication. Went in for an appointment that I made just a few days ago to find out they don't have me on the schedule. Terrible bedside manner. Unprofessional. No accountability. Defensive and unapologetic. In over their heads.

A great doctors office that crosses between traditional medicine, naturopathy, acupuncture and chiropractic care. The staff and clinics are all wonderful and it's easy to get in be send when needed. Just the best!

The neurofeedback and spinal adjustments I have been getting from Dr. Jessica Wendling have calmed my anxiety and taken away my chronic pain. I had given up on thinking that I would ever be rid of both the anxiety and the pain, but Dr. Wendling is a miracle worker and although I still come in for tune ups I feel like a new person!

I see Dr. Simon and can't say enough good things about him. He goes at a pace the paitent is comfortable with, he isn't pushy, he has products on hand, he is quick, on time, and understanding. He has great prices if you don't have insurance and is willing to work with you. When I had to switch doctors because my old doctor was leaving I was anxious and overwhelmed, but I'm so happy with my choice and he has made the transition super smooth. I can't reccomend him highly enough, and he was also rewarded top doctor in Aug of 2017!

Working with Dr. Jessica Wendling as my primary care provider has been a super positive experience. Dr. Wendling addresses each concern from a whole health perspective and asks me pointed questions about my lifestyle/family history. In each visit, she answers my questions thoroughly and teaches me new things about how my body works. Instead of jumping straight to a scan, a test, or drug, Dr. Wendling presents me with ways to affordably and knowledgeably address my health concerns. After each visit, I feel like I know more about myself and empowered to make healthy decisions. With Dr. Wendling as my primary care provider, I feel like a have a true ally in my personal health and its an invaluable experience for me!
