I took my newly adopted dog to this clinic for a "complimentary" visit. I brought her adoption vaccination records to my scheduled appointment on July 12. I was not informed of any pending charges prior to checking out. In fact, I was charged for the same vacinnations that she already received. I was told that they could not be sure on the number of vials that the dog was giving previously even though the paperwork I provided showed the stickers from the vaccinations along with the dates. They should not have charged me for vaccinations that she did not need. I asked them for a refund and they declined.

Very disappointed .I recently took my 2 dogs their to be boarded for the weekend. When I dropped them off I told the nurse I only wanted the shots that were required to board them there.After looking at the bill I noticed charges for shots that weren't required . I called them to ask why they did shots that weren't required they said I signed the paper work allowing them to do the shots . I signed the paperwork trusting that it was correct didn't think I had to read it .Long story short if you use this facility make sure you read the paper work. I never plan on using them again I trusted them and they ruined my trust so sad!!!!!!

We were most pleased with the service we received for our dog, Kobe. This was our first visit to Meadow Brook Animal Hospital and was during the Covid quarantine. The staff was very efficient and the phone conversations were so very helpful. Thank you for taking such good care of our pet.

Love this group of vets! Visits are timely and comprehensive. I've been using this group for years and my pets have always received great care. Prices are also very reasonable.

I am very disappointed in my most recent experience with Chastain Medical Group (Meadowbrook). We took our dog Faye to see a doctor and were treated great when we first got there but once we were taken to the room we were left for 30 minutes unattended without seeing anyone!! 30 minutes. This is ridiculous and longer than I waited for both of my own doctor's appointments today combined! We kindly said we were leaving and nobody seemed to care at all. The only reason we switched to them originally was because they are close to home, but that doesn't matter anymore. I'm never one to complain or even write reviews as this is my first one ever... But I am truly disappointed in how everything was handled especially when we were leaving. I will likely switch vet clinics now thanks to this less than satisfactory experience.
