We would strongly recommend against using Ski Team 4. We paid out 1,000 for our daughter to go on a school ski trip organised by this company. Our daughter arrived at the ski resort to be put in room with 3 other students designed for 2 and given a mattress on the floor. We raised our concerns that this was highly inappropriate, as the last thing a child should be expected to do was sleep on the floor after a days skiing, not mention the fact that we had paid for her to have a 'bed'. We phoned Ski Team 4 several times to seek a resolution to be told repeatedly that they would not speak to us, and that we had to go through the teacher organiser. We spoke with the teacher who informed us that they had raised the matter with company and that Ski Team 4 would be contacting us to resolve. We waited in for days and never received a call. Our daughter has now returned from the trip having spent a week sleeping on the floor and SkiTeam4 are still refusing to speak to us or provide any contact details for their complaints process. We would highly recommend that schools stay away from this company as it appears that once they have your money they no longer care about the service they provide. We have to feel sorry for the poor teacher who had to field the calls and messages when they should have been enjoying the trip with the children. A week on and still response from Ski Team 4 even after the school escalated the matter and they promised to contact us!!!

We used them for a school trip during the 2016/17 season. Sadly we did not receive good quality service/product. Would not use again, feel free to contact me for details.

I attended a parents evening last night with my son to talk through the details of his forthcoming ski trip with Ski Team4. It was lovely to meet the sales manager who had driven over 2 hours to present the trip to us. It was an excellent presentation and she was able to alleviate any concerns that the parents had and explain the Covid guarantee and insurance that is in place for my child. Robert is very much looking forward to learning to ski and i feel very confident in this company.

Used Ski Team 4 for school ski trips for the past three years. All were very successful. The support and communication from UK office is excellent. ST4 have responded very well to any problems that have arisen during our trips... they look after their customers extremely well. I would thoroughly recommend this company for European Ski Trips.

Our sons ski trip was cancelled due to the Covid outbreak, but it took SkiTeam4 forever to actually refund the trip. We later found out that they were not actually refunding the whole trip, but only a percentage of it, which forced the school to have to go through a separate insurance company in order to get the total amount back. I think this is a dreadful thing to do, especially as it kept us waiting for our refund a lot longer than it should have. Other companies refunded their trips in full almost instantly, but SkiTeam4 kept us waiting for months. Awful.
