I came to BMW to purchase a new vehicle and I saw at less 5 employees just standing at the window watching me and no one came out and greeted me and one employee had just got done helping someone else and looked at me and then just kept walking. Well done

Truly the worst place to get your car serviced. Ive been going here for years and have had consistently terrible experiences. Appointments mean nothing to them. One time I made an appointment and it was 45 minutes of waiting outside for the valet to take my keys. Then hours of waiting before the car was serviced Or this week, I dropped off the car and it was 46 hours after my original appointment time when they finally looked at the car. They always find a bunch of extra things that they recommend that you do if you bring your car in. While this isnt unique to this service shop, they make me feel stupid when I ask questions about why those are needed. Not to mention there is a huge markup since its a dealership. Usually Im okay with that because you are paying for the ease of service and a good experience. But here it is paying extra for frustration, rudeness and waiting. I always say Im never going back there but this time truly never again.

My husband test drove a car two days ago and wanted me to test drive it today. He texted Lou to make sure the car was still available who informed us that it was. We both took off work, drove 40 minutes in traffic, only to be told that the car had just been sold literally within the last 10 minutes which I believed to be a lie as thats impossible. Nobody was apologetic about the fact nor did they care because apparently everyone is just ordering cars without even looking at them. I will not be returning to Nalley BMW nor would I recommend anybody taking the time to drive all the way there.
